These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Elite Global Recruiting's website, services, and communications (including SMS / text messaging). By engaging with us or providing your contact information, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

Elite Global Recruiting is a Veteran-owned recruiting and consulting firm specializing in Engineering and Information Technology talent. We connect qualified candidates with hiring clients and provide related advisory services.

3. SMS / Text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number to Elite Global Recruiting and consenting to receive SMS communications, you agree to the following:

• Program description: Elite Global Recruiting sends SMS messages for account notifications, scheduling, interview confirmations, daily briefings to authorized principals, candidate updates, and other operational communications related to our services.
• Opt-in: Consent is provided directly to Elite Global Recruiting at the time you share your mobile number with us, either verbally, in writing, or by submitting it through our website forms or our staff. We do not enroll any mobile number that has not been provided directly by its owner.
• Message frequency: Varies by account activity. Typical volume is fewer than ten messages per week.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. Elite Global Recruiting does not charge any fee for SMS messages.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.
• Help: Reply HELP at any time to receive support contact information, or reach us at info@eliteglobalrecruiting.com or 614.655.1990.
• Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, or to interfere with the operation of our services.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Elite Global Recruiting website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Elite Global Recruiting and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Global Recruiting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
